Institutional Journals & Conferences Platform (OJS)
I designed, deployed, and currently manage the official institutional platforms for scientific journals and academic conferences of Bukhara State Medical Institute. The websites journals.bsmi.uz and conferences.bsmi.uz serve as centralized, authoritative digital infrastructures for scholarly publishing and conference management. Both platforms operate on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) framework and support the full lifecycle of academic publishing, from submission and peer review to publication and archiving.
The journals.bsmi.uz and conferences.bsmi.uz platforms host the official scientific journals and academic conferences of the institute. Built on the OJS ecosystem, these platforms provide structured workflows for manuscript submission, editorial review, peer evaluation, and final publication. They ensure transparency, traceability, and compliance with international scholarly publishing standards.
In addition to developing the platforms, I actively serve as a Journal Manager, overseeing editorial workflows, user roles, and system configuration. My responsibilities include managing submissions, supporting editors and reviewers, maintaining metadata quality, configuring publication settings, and ensuring the stable technical operation of the OJS environment for both journals and conferences.
These platforms significantly strengthen the institute’s academic visibility and publishing capacity by providing reliable, standards-compliant digital infrastructure. Through centralized journal and conference management, they support ethical publishing practices, improve editorial efficiency, and enhance the international accessibility of institutional research outputs. The system is scalable and ready for integration with indexing services and future research analytics tools.
